Craigburn Farm is one of Adelaide's newer suburbs. It was built out as the Blackwood Park estate from the late 1990s on old Minda farmland, and almost every home is a large detached family house. Around two in three have four bedrooms or more (ABS Census 2021), which is the highest share of any suburb we cover.
Plenty of those homes went in with ducted systems, and the first wave of them is now 20 to 25 years old. That's changeover territory. Questions from Craigburn Farm homeowners
My ducted system is original to the house. Is it worth replacing?
If it's 20 years or more and the ductwork is sound, usually yes. Newer inverter systems use a lot less power for the same comfort, and a changeover reuses your ducts and outlets. We'll tell you at the inspection if the ducts need work first.
Do you cover the rest of the Blackwood area?

Can I keep my existing zoning controller?
Keeping it is the default and costs nothing extra, but it isn't always compatible with the new system. We check it at the inspection and tell you straight.
