A family home that already has ducting in the roof is usually a changeover. A cottage with a tight roof space, or a townhouse, often does better with a couple of well placed split systems. We'll tell you which one fits once we're standing in the house. Not from a guess over the phone.

My townhouse has no ducting. What are my options?
Split systems are usually the answer. A new split install starts from $3,035 inc GST all-in for a 2.5kW TCL system, including the new power feed and isolator it needs. We'll size it properly at the inspection.
Can I keep my existing zoning controller?
Keeping it is the default and costs nothing extra, but it isn't always compatible with the new system. We check it at the inspection and tell you straight.
Do I need new ductwork?
Not usually. If your existing ductwork is in good shape we reuse it. If any of it isn't, we show you what and quote it before any work starts.
Is finance available?
Yes, through Handy Finance, with plans from one to seven years and no early repayment fees. Getting a quote won't affect your credit score. Exact rates, fees and repayments are given to you in writing at the free on-site quote.
