Is $1,570 the final price?
It is the price for a standard back to back replacement of an existing split, inc GST, with removal and disposal of your old unit included. We confirm it in writing at your free on-site quote before anything is booked. If your outdoor unit has to move, the pipe run is long, or your switchboard cannot carry the circuit, we price that openly at the visit.
What does back to back mean?
The new indoor unit goes on the same wall spot as the old one, with the outdoor unit directly through the wall behind it. The existing pipe penetration and drain get reused where they are sound.
What if the rebate is not approved?
The full price of $2,508 inc GST applies and you are free to walk away. Nothing is booked until you have the written quote in front of you.
Who checks the rebate?
We do. You pick which household applies on the form, we confirm it against the scheme rules, and we handle the paperwork so it comes straight off the invoice. You do not lodge anything.
Can a landlord or property manager use this?
Yes. Properties let at $500 a week or less may qualify for the priority rebate. Tell us how many when we call and we will work through them together.

Is finance available?
Yes, through Handy Finance, with plans from one to seven years and no early repayment fees. Exact rates, fees and repayments are given to you in writing at the free on-site quote.
